I am very fond of all the homemade food we used to have as kids which is not being prepared too often lately at home nor is it available at stores. Another generation and a lot of it will be lost for good. We(our family) have discussed umpteen times that it would be sad to see that happen, and that we should do something to keep the legacy alive and kicking.That's how "Awesome Bangalorean Cuisine" started.

Rave unDe
"Rave unDe" is a sweet dish made from semolina/suji. It is loaded with the goodness of ghee, dry fruits and milk. It is traditional to have this dish on the festival day of "Shiv Raathri".
